Breath & Movement Facilitator


Dan Hill is a combat veteran, who for over 20 years has trained elite athletes and military, as well as teaches mindfulness and meditation to Wounded Warriors. Dan wants to bring the medicine of movement to our community; learning to move the body safely and efficiently cultivates better biomechanical habits, habits that will carry you to a healthier body and mind.

Every day is a new day and a new chance to write your story; who you are today doesn't have to be who you are tomorrow. We can begin by changing our habits and behaviors. Start cultivating better habits... whether it's getting up earlier, eating differently, changing your sitting and walking mechanics, setting aside time to meditate, or relearning how to breathe.
